“We went to Bali to try to hunt down some backside ramps. But not so much tricks, I'm just trying to make something cool. I mean, there’s not a crazy amount of variety of tricks in the movie, it’s a lot of fuckin' straight airs…” said Chippa in an interview for Stab.

I glance down at my watch, it reads just after 9am. Over the top of my coffee, I scour the ocean, It’s a wild and bumpy canvas layered with mood. There’s only going to be one decent spot on a day like today I think aloud.

In January 2019, snowboarder Mathieu Crepel and surfer Damien Castera, joined by photographer Greg Rabejac and lmmaker Pierre Frechou, traveled to the very northern tip of Norway for a boardriding expedition in the heart of the Arctic winter. In between snowy peaks and icy waves, they went deep into the polar night where solar winds meet Earth’s magnetic eld to create the fairy dance of the Aurora Borealis.
